What a day of celebration it was for the 100th Day of school. Children were welcomed into school with some lovely bunting at the back gate and special ‘100’ helium balloons in reception.
Some of P5’s 100th day activities included: finding one hundred sweets hidden in the classroom, doing 100 star jumps, running on the spot for 100 seconds, trying to wrap 100 elastic bands around a tennis ball, creating a Lego masterpiece with only 100 pieces, being creative with 100 post-it notes and finally making special ‘100’ glasses.
It was a lot to squeeze in during one day, but the children had a fantastic time.
