We have been learning all about Space in Foundation 2! We were all super scientists in Foundation 2 and used a cup of baking soda and wee drops of water to make our planets. We squashed the baking soda and water together using our hands until it was made in to a planet shape. The children then used their fine motor skills to squeeze the vinegar in to the pipette. We were all so excited to see what was going to happen once we pushed the vinegar from the pipette on to the planet! The planet exploded!! It bubbled up and made a fizzing noise. Have a look at the pictures of all the boys and girls exploding the planets. We all had so much fun!
