Today is, ‘Safer Internet Day’ across the globe. 🌎 In Cregagh Primary School, we have considered all the ways that we can be safe online. We discussed our digital footprints 👣 and thought about what we should be accessing online. In Primary four, we were shocked at some of the age restrictions for online apps. We also thought about online stranger danger...’who do we consider our friends?’ We played a game together and discussed what information we should not be sharing online. Primary Four, read the story ‘Troll Stinks’ and it really highlighted how words and actions can be harmful to others online. Our motto today, ‘treat others how you would want to be treated, online and in person.’ We have also made posters to display around school.
